Diana Pllana

Main Role & Function at L&S Diana is in control of the administrative tasks and functions in the Office Management, where she makes use of her various software qualifications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Education & Experience Diana is pursuing her bachelors degree in International Management at the THWS in Würzburg and is currently in the second semester of her study course. In terms of practical experience, in 2019, she was able to gain valuable customer service skills during a one-day intership at her local DM drugstore. This experience granted her with insights into retail operations and enhanced her communication abilities with customers. This was further improved during her two-month workshop at another company, where customer service and support was essential. Her linguistic capabilities are also notable, as she is fluent in both written and spoken German and English, has basic knowledge of French, and is a native speaker of Albanian. These skills equip her with the versatility needed to excel in diverse environments and interact effectively with a broad range of individuals. Languages Diana speaks German, English, French and Albanian and is currently learning Spanish.
