Education & Experience
Friederike holds a Bachelor’s double degree in European Business from the Münster School of Business in Münster, Germany, and the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Madrid, Spain, where she specialized in Prescriptive Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. In September 2026, she started the CEMS Master in International Management at the Nova School of Business & Economics in Lisbon, Portugal, with a focus on sustainability.
Her professional experience centers on sustainability in the textile and fashion industry. As a working student in the Impact & Innovation team at ARMEDANGELS in Cologne, Germany, she supported a multi-standard certification audit, conducted supply chain risk assessments, contributed to cross-functional projects on circularity, decarbonization, and analyzed environmental data for multilingual sustainability reports. Before that, she interned at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Bonn, Germany, and Phnom Penh, Cambodia, within the FABRIC project on sustainability in the textile industry. There, she supported project activities across six Asian countries in the fields of human rights and environmental due diligence, decarbonization, circular economy, and Higg Index adoption. She also supported business development and market access for textile recycling enterprises and co-led a three-day regional conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
She also gained experience in product management at Arvato Systems, where she supported the international expansion of a supply chain management SaaS platform and translated customer feedback into product enhancements, as well as in brand management at SanLucar in Valencia, Spain. This combination of sustainability expertise, analytical skills, and international project experience enables her to connect strategic goals with practical implementation. Friederike believes that sustainable change in global supply chains requires both reliable data and close collaboration with the people along the entire value chain.
