Main Role & Function at L&S Hoa holds a degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering and has more than 4 years of experience in the HSE sector working in electric, automatic, and retails as well as 4 years of experience in the social and labor compliance audit. During his professional career, Hoa gained knowledge in different social audit schemes such as SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) and amfori BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative). Education & Experience Hoa possesses in-depth knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety within the consumer retail sector and performed over 200 social compliance audits in many different factories in Vietnam and Cambodia. These assessments covered areas such as forced labor, child labor, Occupational Health and Safety, compensation and benefits, working hours, social insurance and more. Hoa is an approved SMETA and BSCI auditor. Languages Hoa speaks English and Vietnamese.
