    Main Role & Function at L&S Marissa is part of the Supply Chain Team at Leadership & Sustainability. She supports a wide range of daily administrative tasks, contributes to sustainability projects, manages documentation, and helps improve internal processes. In addition, she assists in the implementation of ISO management systems, including ISO 17065 and ISO 17021, within our operations. Education & Experience Marissa has a Bachelor's degree in Ecological Engineering and is studying a Master’s in Sustainable Development at the Philipps-Universität Marburg. Her academic path combines environmental systems thinking with socio-economic perspectives, enabling her to contribute to the development of practical, adaptable solutions for a constantly changing world. During her studies, she had an exchange semester in Chile, where she gained international experience and deepened her understanding of human impacts on marine ecosystems. Her work experience includes international communication, sales, and hazardous materials management, with a focus on compliance and operational processes. She gained experience with ISO management systems and understands their role in structuring and implementing sustainable practices. She believes that meaningful change can start with small, well-designed practices and can evolve into impactful, sustainable systems that support more responsible economic models. Languages Marissa speaks English, Spanish, and she’s learning German.
