Her career encompasses 6 years in a manufacturing company as a CSR/HR Manager, alongside several years in a social compliance third-party organization where she served as a Lead Assessor and Social Compliance Manager. She has successfully completed multiple training programs focused on quality, environment, safety, and social issues. In her role as a Lead Assessor, Phuong Pham contributed to the implementation and assessment of safety and social standards in Vietnam. She is well-versed in various codes of conduct for brands, including PVH, Costco, Amazon, Hanes, SanMar (Shadow by FLA), Coach, Carter's, etc. and has experience with programs such as SLCP, Fair Trade USA, FLA, and SMETA. Phuong Pham is an accredited SLCP Verifier and Trainer. Additionally, she has experience with C-TPAT, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001), ISO 9001, SA8000, and the WRAP program.
