Main Role & Function at L&S Phuong Pham works as a Vietnam Country Supervisor, as well as SLCP Verifier and Trainer Phuong Pham holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental management from Ho Chi Minh University of Agriculture and Forestry. She has more than 10 years of experience in the industrial sector; working in safety, social compliance and environment since 2013. Of which, she spent 6 years in a manufacturing company as a CSR/HR manager and many years in a social compliance third-party as a lead assessor and social compliance manager as well. She has completed numerous training programs in quality, environment, safety, and social issues. Phuong Pham worked as a Lead Assessor at a third party and participated in the implementation of the assessment/review of safety and social standards in Vietnam. She is familiar with various codes of conduct of brands such as PVH, Costco, Amazon, Hanes, SanMar (Shadow by FLA), Coach, Carter's.... and has experience with programs such as SLCP, Fair Trade USA, FLA, SMETA… Phuong Pham is an accredited SLCP Verifier and Trainer. In addition, Phuong Pham has experience with C-TPAT, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 (ISO 45001), ISO 9001, SA8000 and the WRAP program. Languages Vietnamese and English
