Objectives
- To decide about the implementation of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.
- To understand the impact and resources needed for implementing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in the company as a whole and for each affected department.
To ascertain the best timing for the project if the decision is to go for the ISO 9001 and 14001.
Achievements
An in-depth discussion of the pros and cons of an integrated management system took place. The investment needed – both internal and external – was evaluated and a decision about the direction was taken.
