How we work
- Single day engagements, for example, workshops.
- Starter package. You need consulting or empowerment support related to several topics? Wish to get overall feedback related to your program? We can define a small retainer package at the beginning.
- Single-topic, short consulting projects.
- Larger strategy or operational consulting projects with defined objectives and milestones.
- Ongoing strategy advisory board membership.
- Fixed price packages. On a regular basis, we will offer a specific service for a fixed price. Usually, these are high-level, high-density, short-term projects.
- Interim positions. Do you need someone to fill in for a short or medium period? We can do that on a full-time or a part-time basis.
