Kim Beerthuis

Main Role & Function at L&S Kim co-leads the supply chain team together with Julia Wolf. They ensure that the team of students, associates, and technical experts is organized efficiently and running well, and they build and maintain a great structure and system for the organization of the supply chain services. Moreover, Kim assists Karin with the operations in the Germany office and ensures that all operations and processes are running smoothly. Lastly, Kim helps out with client projects and takes over project management tasks. Education & Experience Kim holds a bachelor's degree in International Business from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, the Netherlands. Afterwards, she continued with a master's degree in International Business, specializing in "Organisation: Change, Management & Consultancy", from the Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Through her studies, she learned all about international companies and how to manage and operate them. Later, she pursued a second master's degree in Sustainability and Systematic Management from the AKAD University. Meanwhile, she worked for Leadership & Sustainability as a working student on the supply chain team. Kim graduated in the fall of 2023 majoring in Green Management.
