Kim Beerthuis

Main Role & Function at L&S Kim is mainly responsible for administrative tasks. These tasks include, for example, the implementation and development of administration and cost processes, the development of international business processes, and HR-related topics. Moreover, Kim supports L&S in their daily tasks. Education & Experience Kim holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in International Business from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in Groningen, the Netherlands and from the Maastricht University in Maastricht, the Netherlands, respectively. Through her studies, she learned to understand the basic topics and problems of companies working in an international environment. She wrote her bachelor thesis about the effect of international experience on job performance and her master thesis about the proactive behaviour of remote-working employees. After her master’s, Kim did an internship at a start-up in Cologne, which works in the HR field and was responsible for various projects of the company as well as for HR-related topics. At the moment Kim pursues a second master’s degree in “Sustainability & Systematic Management” at the AKAD University in Stuttgart and will complete it in the spring of 2024.
