Education & Experience Elitsa holds a degree in Business Administration from the Bulgarian Academy of Science and a degree in International Business Economic Relations from the Stopanska Akademija. She is familiar with consulting in the areas of social compliance, quality, environment and occupational safety including relevant legislation advice for Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia and Romania As an auditor and consultant, Elitsa has more than 15 years of experience in social and ISO standards’ based requirements and related management systems implementation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, ISO 39000, IFS, BRC, GlobalGap, ISO 22716, etc.). She also has proven experience in EU funded projects whole cycle management, project management and reporting. Elitsa is an approved SLCP Verifier since 2021, is well acquainted with SLCP requirements and has already been able to show this knowledge. Furthermore, she has many other certificates and attestations for example SA8000, CSR Trainer and Auditor, OHSAS 18001 Auditor. She already did social and ISO audits for Walt Disney, IBM, Apple, Inditex, C&A, Tommy Hilfiger, Street One, Oxylane, Carrefour, Wal-Mart, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, McDonald's and other clients.
