Ahmer Butt

Main Role & Function at L&S Ahmer works as a Higg FEM Verifier. Education & Experience Ahmer has more than 17 years of experience working in the textile and RMG sectors. His major engagements have included working with international development, analyzing industry needs, and designing sustainable business programs for these sectors. He is an approved LA for ISO 50001 and ISO 14001. Ahmer is currently helping the manufacturing and service sectors track and calculate GHG Scope 1, 2, and 3 inventories, sustainability development, investment strategies, and GRI-based ESG reporting. He is also engaged as a consultant on GIZ’s ‘Dialogue for Sustainability" program, designed to assist the textile and RMG sectors in improving their HR and productivity performances. In the past, he has managed the Pakistan Buyers Forum, which comprises 25+ major brands and retailers importing textile and RMG products from Pakistan. Languages Ahmer speaks English.
