Main Role & Function at L&S Simon works as a China country manager and as an SLCP Verifier at Leadership & Sustainability. Education & Experience Simon has a bachelor’s degree in business administration / Textile Sciences Engineering from Central South University. He has spent over 10 years in a Project Manager position for one of American's leading Apparel companies. During this time, he was primarily responsible for the assessment and remediation of several suppliers against COVC and local labor laws and environmental laws, assisting facility management in identifying areas for improvement and conducting root cause analyses. Audit & Training Qualifications Simon possesses in-depth experience and proficiency in project/program management as human rights and labor practices, and expertise with industry Audit mechanisms (e.g. SEMTA, BSCI, SLCP, Higg FEM, ISO14000, ISO9000); Languages Simon speaks English, Chinese and Cantonese.
