Julia Wolf

Main Role & Function at L&S Julia co-leads the supply chain team together with Kim Beerthuis. They ensure that the team of students, associates, and technical experts is organized efficiently and running well, and they build and maintain a great structure and system for the organization of the supply chain services. Furthermore, she takes care of concerns or queries from clients or other stakeholders, especially considering the audit & training procedures, and is responsible for the internal ISO system. Additionally, Julia maintains expertise in relevant tools, standards, and programs relevant to the team's responsibilities. She prioritizes fostering team cohesion, satisfaction, and development, ensuring that each team member contributes effectively to the team's goals. Julia also plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely project deliverables. Moreover, she actively contributes to our business development, exploring new programs and certification schemes. Julia further supports the team through training, marketing, and sales efforts. Lastly, she helps out with client projects and takes over project management tasks. Education & Experience Julia holds a bachelor’s degree with a major in Geography and a minor in Economics from the Julius-Maximilians-University in Würzburg, Germany. Through her studies, she learned to understand the connection and importance between ecological and economic problems. Julia graduated in spring 2023 with a master’s degree in the field of Environmental Impact Assessment and Sustainability at Oxford Brookes University. Meanwhile she worked for Leadership & Sustainability as a working student on the supply chain team. Languages Julia speaks German and English
