Education & Experience Dang Tran is a highly qualified environmental management professional, holding a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management and boasting over a decade of experience in the field. His considerable expertise in eSeninvironmental management is evident from his diverse experience in hazardous waste management, ISO 50001 energy management, integrated system compliance, green office, and social and environmental auditing. Dang has worked with several heavy industry companies, such as cold rolling steel, cement, and co-processing waste treatment companies, for nearly 6 years. He began his career as an environmental engineer, managing environment and energy systems. He was then promoted to the position of system compliance and training specialist, where he was responsible for an integrated management system that included ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001, green office program, co-processing waste treatment standard compliance, and health and safety training. He also coordinated health and safety training, such as waste management and chemical safety, for customers. During his time in these positions, Dang developed a keen understanding of the complexities of industrial operations and developed strategies to mitigate negative environmental impacts. Later, Dang took on the role of social compliance auditor for a third party and conducted social compliance audits, including health and safety, labor, environment, security, and brand protection, for customers in apparel, footwear, textile, furniture, electronic, home appliance, toys, and food industries. After 2 years in this position, Dang was promoted to the position of country vice supervisor, where he managed the Vietnam auditor team and ensured that all assessments were conducted smoothly. He provided technical support to ensure the quality of reports met clients' requirements, and he interviewed and trained new auditors about the assessment process and report writing procedures. His diligent efforts ensured that all reports were accurate and met clients' expectations. Languages Dang speaks Vietnamese and English.
