Main Role & Function at L&S Mahidul is an Assistant Manager based in Bangladesh, where he supports the Country Manager in developing the market for the company. He plays a key role in promoting and selling services and products offered by the L&S branch in Bangladesh. His responsibilities include conducting audits in areas such as Energy, Environment, Chemicals, Greenhouse Gas (GHG), Certifications, and other compliance areas. He prepares and delivers audit reports to clients and also reviews reports to ensure quality and accuracy. Mahidul stays up to date on relevant laws, regulations, acts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and shares this information within the organization. He maintains clear, consistent, and precise reporting practices, including financial reporting, in accordance with documented goals and schedules. He also ensures full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh. When required and specifically agreed upon, Mahidul supports market development efforts outside of Bangladesh. Additionally, he contributes actively to L&S and collaborates with teams across the organization. Education & Experience Mahidul completed his graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2014 and pursuing MSc in Energy Engineering from Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) (ongoing). He started his career with a medical healthcare company as a trainee service engineer. He has more than 9 years of experience in different fields of engineering. In addition, he has about 7 years of experience in Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015, ZDHC In check Level 1 Verification, ZDHC Supplier to Zero Review, Manufacturer Climate Action Program (MCAP) validation, SBTI, Energy Audit, Energy Management System ISO 50001:2018, PLC, HMI, Energy Monitoring SCADA System, Electrical Supervisor License (C) Consultancy, Carbon Footprint Audit, Water Audit, Environment Audit, LEED and Green Building Certification, Electrical and Fire Safety audit with Auto CAD Design, Power Interface Unit (PIU), IT and Networking, Medical Device Installation, Operation and Maintenance. He is trained in Energy Management and Conservation, Green Financing, Green Supply Chain, Energy Audit, Auto CAD design and drawing (2D & 3D) along with different pieces of training in IT system management. Moreover, he achieves different certifications like ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, ZDHC In check Verifier Level-1, ZDHC Supplier to Zero Reviewer, PGD in Project Management, and Electrical Supervisor License (C).
