Recording & Presentation: The Higg FEM Verification Trail, Wastewater

    By Laura Brüggen | Webinar | 0 comment | 17 February, 2020 | 0

We took the opportunity and continued on the Higg FEM Verification Trail with Section 5: Wastewater. In case you were unable to join the webinar, you can now re-watch it on our YouTube Channel and also download the presentation from our website!

    Content & Context

All facilities have some kind of wastewater, from domestic to industrial use as well as any liquid discharge. Wastewater is defined as the water leaving your site that is not intended for reuse at your facility. If not handled, transferred, treated, and/or disposed of appropriately, wastewater can be a significant cause for environmental pollution. The Higg Wastewater section requires you to track and report all wastewater sources. The webinar will provide assistance on how to comply with standards and how to develop strategies to improve wastewater treatment.

During each webinar, you will become acquainted with the sections and their assessment requirements. In addition, our verifiers will be happy to answer your questions so that you feel confident when you decide to use the Higg FEM as your tool for transparency and optimisation.

Should you have any questions ahead of the webinar, please do not hesitate to contact us!

In addition to this, when it’s time to verify, please make sure to buy your vFEM module until the 31st of October 2020.

Are you planning to develop handbooks or improvement programs based on Higg FEM or other standards? Then please complete this survey and tell us how we can support you with that project.

We look forward to meeting you on the trail!

    Kind regards,

    Karin & Team
