If you missed our webinar on February 23rd about how sustainability strategy creates business value you can download the presentation here and listen to the recording here.
The question all business owners should ask themselves is: does the current sustainability strategy successfully facilitate momentum which perpetually advances the most impactful results? Ask yourself some important questions. Do you manage those sustainability aspects in your business that matter the most in creation of benefits that are sustainable? How do you manage risk and impact? Do you engage all functions in your organization? Do you have the inspiration and commitment to engage your employees in the sustainability areas where they most wish to be engaged in?
If you don’t have a sustainability strategy that fits your organization and creates business value of this kind, this webinar will definitely have some useful nuggets of wisdom for you. And even if you do, a good business owner or sustainability leader knows there’s always room for improvement.
The Importance of Sustainability Leadership
This webinar is first in the series “Leaders in Sustainability”, and former Chief HR director of adidas and leadership coach Matthias Malessa will be joining us. He’ll bring the conversation to you, presenting with Karin Ekberg, a chief executive with Leadership & Sustainability. Together, they’ll discuss the creation of business value through a sustainability strategy that has been deeply researched and crafted. Sustainability leadership and organization is key to success in any business, and both Ekberg and Malessa are experts in such strategy, as evidenced by the international success of adidas and their own careers.
