Presentation & Recording: The Higg FEM Verification Trail, Waste

    By Laura Brüggen | Blog | 0 comment | 26 March, 2020 | 0

We have reached the second to last station of the Higg FEM Verification Trail. This time, we continued with section 7: Waste. You can now re-watch it on our YouTube Channel and also download the presentation from our website!

    About the Webinar

Waste is any material or substance that is discarded from a factory site.  It can pollute and contaminate the environment and surrounding communities. This webinar supports you in understanding and tracking all hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams as well as how to manage them.

Karin Ekberg, CEO & Founder of Leadership & Sustainability, Higg FEM Trainer Ramya Kandiyoor and Associate Sustainability Manager Laura Brüggen, were leading the webinar.

During each webinar, you will become acquainted with the sections and their assessment requirements. In addition, our verifiers will be happy to answer your questions so that you feel confident when you decide to use the Higg FEM as your tool for transparency and optimisation.

You already have the opportunity to register for the last webinar in the series:

    • April 7th, 9:00 AM CET – Section 8: Chemicals Management. Register here.

Are you planning to develop handbooks or improvement programs based on Higg FEM or other standards? Then please complete this survey and tell us how we can support you with that project.

Should you have any questions ahead of the webinar, please do not hesitate to contact us!

We look forward to meeting you on the trail!

    Kind regards,

    Karin & Team
