On June 23rd, we introduced the Social and Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) to you. If you weren’t able to attend, you can now re-watch it on our YouTube Channel and also download the presentation from our website!
Over the past two decades, compliance-focused social and labor assessments have played an essential role in improving social and labor conditions in the global apparel and footwear supply chains. However, this has also led to a proliferation of different standards, codes and protocols.
Due to increasing audit fatigue, the Social and Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) has developed an assessment framework that brings together unique perspectives and promotes collaboration. What’s more, it has become the foundation of the SAC’s Facility Social and Labor Module (FSLM).
About the Webinar
In the webinar, we guide you through the essential parts of the SLCP framework by discussing
- Why SLCP exists and what their aim is.
- Who is involved.
- How the SLCP process works including its players.
- What the benefits, values and costs are.
Moreover, we also provide you with a brief insight into the SLCP IT System as well as Collection Tool and reveal how the SLCP and FSLM are interconnected.
As from mid-July, we have verifiers ready to carry out SLCP verifications in Turkey. Does that sound interesting to you? Then please contact us here to receive a proposal customized to your needs!
We thank all of you for your interest in our webinar and look forward to seeing you next time!
